Some Good News

So far in the campaign a lot of things are happening, and all at once. Maieve, Issryn (Maieve's husband), Sabellion, Newin, and Cordek are all spending some quality time at Fort Rannick, trying to enjoy what ever small time they have left with their loved ones. Raxt, is busily trying to make sense of the all out researching effort being done to discern where Gilean's Roost is, if it exists at all. Crimwinkle and Flidder are gallivanting about town, trying to give people some smiles, and looking into the peculiar event of night time riots. Finally, Sasha is spending time with her Aunt, and Father, with some very heavy knowledge of royal succession weighing heavily on her heart.

However there is some good news!

Most of what you have done has helped you in a meta-game sense. First off, Raxt's efforts in helping the research has shortened the time between important documents coming in from one every 5 days, to one every 4 days, thus making the time you can strike out towards wherever Gilean's Roost is by three days. Though this is meta-game knowledge, I do want to give a sense that everyone's efforts are helping along the whole process.

Talking to the dragons, though profoundly frustrating, did uncover some of the more mystical properties of Gilean's roost.

Maieve's supplication to her god for more information unfortunately made more questions than answers, but none the less was a great effort, and makes me happy to see that my PC's are literally throwing in everything they got to help.

Here is some great news, I have decided, since I alluded to everyone that this may be your last chance to shop for a long while, that the stocks in the "magical item emporium" in Omach will effectively "refresh" every four days, since your arrival. This gives you two more chances at finding rare items, you want or need, and two more chances on rolling the 75% chance for anything 8000gp or under.

Lastly, Crimwinkle has a special present waiting for him. An old friend who wanted to clear up any bad blood offered it as a lasting token of reconciliation. (and perhaps a favorable roll in his forthcoming stories)
